Re: New business model in Taiwan (Republic of China) market effective 1st January 2021

The purpose of this memorandum is to inform you of the new business model in Taiwan market described below being effective from 1st January 2021. Any previous memorandum on business model in Taiwan market (if any) shall be overridden by this Memorandum.

 

NEW BUSINESS MODEL

CINE Vision Trading Company (“CINE”) is authorized dealer of Electronic Theatre Controls Asia Limited(“ETC Asia”) for Taiwan region only.

Please contact CINE direct for all order placing including project based purchases.

 

OFFICIAL MARKET

ETC Asia is the only official channel for Taiwan ETC Dealer to procure ETC equipment for Taiwan market.

 

各位先進，大家好：

自2021年1月1日起，美國Electronic Theatre Controls公司的台灣官方總代理將由”新影貿易股份有限公司”負責承接，所有台灣及所屬地區訂單及工程個案，必須聯繫新影公司負責處理，並為ETC公司唯一官方渠道。

 

另外，香港ETC ASIA公司是台灣官方ETC產品的唯一進口窗口。ETC ASIA及台灣新影公司將全權負責ETC官方渠道產品的銷售、售後服務及教育訓練。

 

新影公司將繼續秉持專業代理商本職，執行ETC產品推廣，建立客戶友好關係，維持ETC專業市場的領導地位。
